It's almost here! In a couple of weeks it will be St. Patrick's day. Yes, time to get your green out. We've been to the Chicago St. Patrick's Day parade and it was a lot of fun. I never seen so many people dress in green before. I like the outfits and costumes they put together. People are very creative.
That's when the wheels started turning about making a healthy dog treat for St. Patrick's day. Shamrock dog treats are made with spinach, which gives these a nice green color the natural way. We don't believe in using artificial coloring. It's not good for them and it would make our dog Miss Daisy sick. So we found a natural healthy solution for her problem and never looked back.
