Happy Thanksgiving! Keep your pets safe learn what Not to feed them.

It's Thanksgiving and we are getting everything ready for our big feast. As we get ready our two dogs Daisy and Scooby Doo always like to help. Really they are just waiting for me to drop something on the floor so they can eat it or clean it. lol
Here is a small list of foods you should not feed your pets. First on the list is Chocolate which contains methylxanthines and can cause vomiting and diarrhea, panting, excessive thirst, seizures and even death.
Macadamia nuts which are commonly used in baking and can cause the same symptoms as chocolate.
Grapes and raisins can cause kidney failure.
Onions and Chives can cause gastronintestinal irratation and could lead to red blood cell damage.
Milk which causes diarrhea and who wants to clean up that mess.
Salt can produce excessive thrist and something called sodium ion poisoning  in pets. So keep those potato chips out of reach and anything that has a high sodium content away from your pets.
We just named a few of the bad foods for our pets but this should get you on the right track.
Happy Thanksgiving! Wishing you a safe holiday from http://www.ledfootspetbakery.com/
